Hello,
I am a Google AI Ultra subscriber and I cannot use Flow. Every video generation fails with: “Failed: We noticed some unusual activity. Please visit the help centre to get more information.”
I have already completed all documented troubleshooting:
- No VPN or proxy (home Wi-Fi, standard residential connection)
- Single Google account, single Chrome browser, no other accounts signed in
- Waited 24+ hours between attempts — the error returns immediately on the first generation
- Retried after several minutes as the Help Center suggests
- My subscription is active and I have AI credits remaining
- My prompts are family-friendly animated content (children’s English-learning stories) with no policy issues
The error persists on the very first generation of a new session, so this is not rate limiting from high-volume use. I believe my account or IP has been incorrectly flagged by the abuse-detection system.
Could you please:
- Check whether there is a flag or restriction on my account, and remove it if it was applied in error
- If the flag is IP-based, advise how to clear it
- Escalate to the Flow/Labs team if this cannot be resolved at first-line support
I am paying for the Ultra tier specifically for Flow and Veo access, and I currently cannot use the main feature I am paying for. I would appreciate an escalation rather than a suggestion to retry.
