since today, 3rd September 2025, the token-count is gone.
This is a huge downside and for me personally unacceptable, because now it’s impossible to check, how long the chat discussion can become without issues.
So far my experience was that the absolute maximum was 400.000 for the whole chat, but it was always a good idea to not exceed 300.000
Because I work on a huge project I now am forced to validate, if I need to change to a different AI, that for example supports projects with several chats and a unified document pool, that all chats can use.
Please bring back the token-count !!!
