Title: Can I keep family Google AI Ultra for Gemini/Deep Think and add individual AI Pro just for the $10 AI Studio credit?

Hi everyone,

I’m a member of a Google family plan and I currently get Google AI Ultra through that family membership. I’m not the family manager/owner.

What I’m trying to figure out is this: if I buy my own individual Google AI Pro on the same Google account, will I be able to get the $10/month developer credit for Google AI Studio / Google Cloud, while still keeping the Gemini-side benefits from the family AI Ultra plan?

My ideal setup is:

  • family AI Ultra continues to give me Gemini Ultra features, especially Deep Think

  • my own individual AI Pro adds the $10/month credit

  • the individual Pro does not override or downgrade the family Ultra entitlement in Gemini

Has anyone tested this exact setup on one account?

Specifically:

  1. Did Gemini still show Ultra-level features from the family plan?

  2. Did Deep Think remain available?

  3. Did the $10/month developer credit appear normally?

  4. Did anything weird happen with billing, renewals, or entitlement priority?

If anyone has first-hand experience, that would really help.
