My Google AI Studio project is stuck on Tier 1 despite definitively meeting all requirements for Tier 2 including Cumulative Spend and Payment History.
There is no “Upgrade” button or link appearing. How can this be solved?

I second this. We have met the requirements for Tier 2, yet our account is still shown as Tier 1, with no clear upgrade path.
