Hi everyone,
I’ve seen similar issues from other users on this forum, and I am experiencing the exact same problem.
I have an active, fully paid Google AI Ultra subscription with no payment issues, but Antigravity fails to recognize it. Instead, my account is stuck on the “Antigravity Starter Quota” and displays the error:
“This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”
Could a community manager or developer please look into this and force a manual sync/reset for my account UID?
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried (without success):
-
Verified I am logged in with the correct personal Gmail account.
-
Updated Antigravity to the latest version.
-
Cleared local cached auth/data folders (
~/.antigravity/%USERPROFILE%\.antigravity). -
Forced a local reset via the Command Palette (
Ctrl + Shift + P→ “Antigravity: Reset Onboarding”). -
Completely uninstalled and cleanly reinstalled Antigravity.
-
Checked my Google Account age verification (DOB is set to 1972, so well over 18+).
-
Confirmed I am not part of a Family Group, so there are no admin restrictions.
-
Submitted reports via the in-app Feedback button and reached out to Google One Support (no response yet).
It appears to be a server-side entitlement desync error between Google One and Antigravity.
Any help from the engineering team to manually refresh my entitlement status would be greatly appreciated!
