The 25000 AI credits for the Antigravity Ultra plan were not updated after renewal

I am writing to formally report a severe backend entitlement synchronization failure regarding my Google AI Ultra subscription, which was billed and scheduled to renew on June 3, 2026.
Subscription Tier: Google AI Ultra (Includes 25,000 monthly AI credits).

Credits Not Refreshed: My AI credit balance has NOT been updated or refilled with the 25,000 credits for the new billing cycle. The “AI credits activity” page shows the transaction went through, but the available balance remains depleted.

I expect a prompt resolution regarding this infrastructure issue. Thank you.

its not a bug, its new reality, dont you read about changes in all plans incl. ultra x20 I have both Ultra x20 ans x5 and can confirm that theres no ai credits for antigravity use, and after 18th all unused credits gone. 25k credits i no longer a benefit in new ultra x20 plan

Not a bug. The only kind of renewal you get with subscriptions is the following:

Pro Ultra 5x Ultra 20x
Flow Credits 1,000/mo 10,000/mo 25,000/mo
Flow Music Credits 10,000/mo 30,000/mo 30,000/mo
Google Cloud Credit $10/mo $40/mo $100/mo

Well, will not be renewing that again. Never received a communication regarding this, signed up for a 3 months “special”, but that seems a little in bad taste.
