Missing Antigravity credits for Google AI Ultra

Dear Google Antigravity Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Google AI Ultra subscription and the AI credits / quota available for Antigravity.

I was a happy Google AI Ultra customer when I started using Antigravity. At that time, the Ultra package supported my development needs and allowed me to work effectively with Antigravity as part of my daily development stack. This is the reason I chose and continued with the Ultra plan.

However, I am now experiencing a serious transparency and usability issue. I expected my credit renewal to occur on 21/6, including the 25,000 AI credits that I understood were part of the package or available for my Antigravity usage. Instead, the credits were not renewed, and my ability to continue working has been blocked or severely limited for several days.

Because of this, I no longer feel like I am receiving the level of service expected from an Ultra package member. My development workflow depends on this capacity, and I cannot work properly when the rules around credits, overages, renewal dates, and quota limits are not clearly communicated in advance.

Please review my account and confirm the following:

Were my previous 25,000 credits considered legacy credits, promotional credits, monthly plan-included credits, or Antigravity overage credits?

Was June 18, 2026 the official expiration date for my specific Antigravity credit balance?

Are Google AI Ultra users no longer entitled to monthly renewed Antigravity AI credits?

If the 25,000 monthly credits now apply only to Google Flow and not Antigravity, please confirm that explicitly.

If Antigravity is now based only on baseline quota plus optional purchased or bonus overage credits, please confirm this clearly and provide the relevant policy reference.

If this is a backend entitlement or quota desync issue, please manually refresh or correct my account entitlement.

I am asking for either a clear policy explanation, a manual correction of my missing credits or quota entitlement, or appropriate compensation or refund for the period in which I could not use the Ultra package as reasonably expected.

I chose Google AI Ultra because it supported my development needs when I started using it. I would like to continue using Antigravity, but I need transparency and predictable access in order to rely on it for real development work.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your clarification and resolution.

We have the same problem, I opted for the highest Ultra plan, and on renewal of the 3 months, no credits. Google One support also asked for screen shots, but since then, has gone silents. Where are my credits that I paid some serious $ for?
