7900 credits disappeared randomly, now at 0 credits?

ultra plan. I had roughly 7900 credits available a few min ago, with available quota in included model use. stepped away from computer for a few min then it was at 0 with no interaction/task

s performed…

Same here i have the same issue and the support is trying to convince me its my usage and the activity log is not having any

My account is the same, I subscribed to the ultra plan, but today I found that the 20000+ credits are gone. I didn't receive any notification. The point system is like a thief, severely harming my rights and interests.

I’m having a similar problem. I signed up for the Ultra plan, but my monthly credits allowance hasn’t even been activated yet.

I’ve been waiting for a solution for days now. I guess they don’t care.

My plan renwed 3 hours ago and am ZERO !!!

I am also facing the same issue.

Same issue i had 1000 ai credits now it is gone

This seems intended and align with the old post about quota changes. Nothing new really, seems right.

There’s no mistake; as previously stated, the credits will no longer be renewed, and their expiration date was June 18th. Therefore, they were all reset today. The expiration date was displayed on the credit activity page, and I used them all up based on that.

where is that stated exaclty

AI credit expires…Who set this.

yeaaaaah so… Ultra tier, over 10k credit gone, wow. Wasn’t sure if we burned them or if someone wanted to play games…

[POLICY CHANGE] ,
The Real Reason Your Credits Disappeared (Policy Expiration + IDE Sync Bug)

Hey everyone,

After digging into the logs and tracking the timeline of these forum posts, this isn’t a random glitch. It is a combination of a recent Google policy shift and a known IDE background sync bug.

Here is the exact technical breakdown of what is happening to our Ultra and Pro accounts:

1. The June 18th Policy Purge (Legacy & Promo Credits)

In late May, Google quietly restructured how subscriptions handle AI overages. They removed bundled “monthly AI credits” from baseline plans, shifting instead to a "compute-based model quota."

  • The Hard Deadline: Any promotional credits, rolled-over balances, or legacy credits were assigned a hard expiration date of June 18, 2026.

  • The Result: Once midnight hit, the system automatically wiped all unspent legacy credit balances to 0 across the entire Google developer ecosystem.

2. The IDE “Ghost Consumption” Bug

For those seeing credits vanish after the 18th while away from your desks, the Antigravity IDE is suffering from a massive background synchronization flaw:

  • Silent Indexing: When left open or minimized, the IDE continues executing heavy background tasks (repository semantic indexing, codebase embeddings, and agentic planning cycles).

  • Delayed Ledger Sync: The IDE extension panel delays syncing remaining quota logs. The credit burn happens silently while you work, but the visual deduction lags by hours—making it look like a sudden drop to zero when you return.

How to Audit Your Account and Stop the Bleed

Step 1: Check the Official Cloud Ledger

Do not rely on the IDE extension display. Check your absolute truth ledger on the web:

  1. Go directly to your Google One AI Credits Activity Page.

  2. Look closely at the transaction line items.

  3. If it says "Expired," it was wiped by the June 18th policy. If it shows an "Activity UUID," the IDE silently burned them on background processes.

Step 2: Fix Your Local IDE Settings Immediately!!!

If you have paid top-up credits you want to protect, change these settings to stop the background drain:

  • Add an Ignore File: Create an .antigravityignore file in your root project directory. Add your heavy folders (like node_modules, dist, or build assets) so the AI agent stops constantly scanning them.

  • Turn Off Fallback Billing: Run /config or open settings in your IDE terminal. Toggle Use G1 Credits to OFF. This stops the IDE from using your paid wallet as a fallback buffer when your standard compute quota locks up.

  • Hard Close the Editor: Do not just minimize the application. Use Cmd + Q (Mac) or File > Exit (Windows) to fully kill the background daemon processes.

If your web ledger shows a paid top-up vanished without any activity logs, file a ticket through the Google One Support Portal for a manual database restoration. The team here cannot fix backend sync errors on individual accounts.

Ok,

the promo credits were deleted thats ok, but as far as I remember the granted promo AI credits were 10k, and I still had something like 18k left, so were are the missing 8k?

Also I have no line in the logs saying that the promo credits were removed.

Also if the policy changed I haven’t gone any comunication from Google about this, and still the credits page talks about a monthly 25k credits per ultra account.

Do you have any link+/source to the policy change?

Thanks,
