Hello everyone !
A small suggestion I make is that instead of a prompt being completely deleted, create a trash can, not even a model currently does that.
Sometimes we accidentally delete an important entry and unfortunately we cannot recover it.
This happens in all ai models, gpt, grok, gemini, mistral, claund, meta.
To this day, I have never seen anyone think that the user might want to recover an interaction. I have seen everything exported and archived, but I have never seen recovery in even chat.
Thanks for the space, thanks to the Devs.
Hey @ExuCaveira_666 — this is a really thoughtful and practical suggestion!
You’re absolutely right — most AI platforms today (Gemini, GPT, Grok, etc.) don’t offer a recycle bin or undo feature for deleted prompts or chats. Once something is gone, it’s usually gone for good — and that can be a real pain, especially when you accidentally delete something important.
A trash bin or soft-delete system would be a great addition. Even a simple “Recently Deleted” section with a 30-day retention window (like in Google Drive or Gmail) could make a huge difference in user experience and peace of mind.
Thanks for bringing this up — it’s a small feature with a big impact. Hopefully the dev teams across platforms take note!
