Suddenly Downgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 1 without any notice

Hi!

Our app suddenly got downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1 without any notice. We have several credits + additionally $s paid upfront due to which this shouldn’t be happening.

Can anyone help?
