Subject: Request for review — Gemini API 403, project Restricted

Hello Google AI Studio team,

My Default Gemini Project is showing Restricted status and Billing Tier: Unavailable.

Every Gemini API generation request returns:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.

I have:

  • Checked my date of birth.

  • Enabled 2-Step Verification.

  • Checked my recovery phone.

  • Tried changing the API key.

I would like to use the Gemini API on the Free Tier for my personal project, VibeCoding Builder. I cannot afford paid API access.

Could you please review the restriction and explain whether free-tier access can be restored?
