I was working on an important project and got hit with the error of Something unexpected happened, and Stitch couldn’t complete your generation. Please try again in a moment.
Will this error get fixed anytime soon or i will have to ditch it and try to replicate it in a new project?
Hey @naman_tiwari we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, especially with an important project. We had an outage in Stitch days back for which my team has confirmed a fix, so you should be able to generate designs without issue now I recommend to please try again and let me know if you’re still facing the issue. In such cases, I suggest to wait for a while and try refreshing n generating again. Thanks for your patience.
Hello, my name is Hermann Yao. I’ve been in West Africa for a while now and I no longer have access to all my projects, which are stitched. I don’t know if I’ll ever have access again, and these are important projects. Could you please tell me what the problem is and how to recover my projects?
Hey @Hermann_Yao, please confirm your access telemetry history: were your existing projects created in your current region, or from a different location? Additionally, please be assured that your workspace data remains fully intact in the database – no projects have been deleted.
