says “You tried to access a service that isn’t available for your account” was working fine few days ago. any ideas? its the same personal account.

Same here, since two days. Worked perfectly then the next day unavailable. Can’t exceeded the generation if not available ![]()
What can we do? I have the same problem and I can’t lose some projects I had in that personal account.

Could you please confirm that you are not utilizing any proxy servers while accessing or using the Stitch service?
No, I’m not using proxy or anything strange. There’s only a problem when I try to access through my personal account not the educational one, just like other people complained about. Can you update me when this problem is fixed, please? I need to recover my projects

Also no proxy and I tried in private and on different network, nothing change
dont worry im sure it automatically saves to cloud. it should be there. next time just immediately export to figma.

Additionally, to assist in the investigation, please provide me with more details: specifically, are you able to access Stitch with other accounts besides the one you are facing the issue with, and did you try to log in using Incognito mode?
