I am experiencing a persistent block when trying to log in to the third-party application Stitch using my Google account. The error message displayed is: “Service not available - You’ve tried to access a service that’s not available for your account.”

To resolve this, I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  1. 2-Step Verification (2FA): I have successfully enabled 2-Step Verification on my account to ensure full security compliance.

  2. Third-Party Connections Check: I checked the “Connections to third-party apps & services” list in my security settings. Stitch does not appear there, suggesting the block happens before the authorization handshake.

  3. Incognito Mode & Cache: I have attempted the login in Incognito mode and after clearing my browser’s cache and cookies.

  4. Age Verification: My birth date is correctly set in my personal info, confirming that I am over 18.

  5. Security Checkup: I reviewed my “Security Activity” and “Security Tips.” No blocked login attempts are listed for manual approval.

It appears to be a restriction at the Google SDK level or a specific account permission that I cannot modify myself.

Could you please check if my account has a specific restriction preventing access to third-party APIs or Google Cloud-based services?

Hey @Mohamed7 thanks for providing this detailed information, we can not access your account specific information, just to be sure could you please try accessing Stitch with some other google account and let us know if the issue persists there too so we can narrow this down.

I tried logging in with another Google account, and I do have access to Stitch with that one. So the issue seems to be specific to my original account.
