Stitch daily credits not resetting / stuck at 0 since 2 days

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Stitch daily credits. My daily credits have not been resetting for approximately two days, even though I’ve waited through multiple daily reset periods.

I’ve already tried the following:

  • Signing out and signing back in
  • Refreshing the page
  • Using a different browser
  • Confirming that I’m using the correct Google account
  • Running a tiny edit on one of my screens to check whether the counter was just a display glitch
  • Opening Chrome DevTools (F12) → ApplicationStorageClear site data, then logging in again
  • Changing my Wi-Fi/network
  • Switching to a different browser profile

After clearing the site data and changing my Wi-Fi, the credit counter increased from 0/400 to 6/400. However, it still does not appear to be resetting normally. And I am not receiving any Error. Redesigned 2 pages, and than i checked my Credit pool, it said- 6/400. If it is a bug or rate error. Kindly fix it at the earliest

I also tried switching to a different Chrome profile, but that profile is showing 0/400 credits as well.

This is affecting an ongoing project I’m currently working on.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a known problem with the daily credit reset?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hey @Vansh_Lohia, when you cleared your site data, your daily 400 credits were restored. However, when you redesigned those 2 pages right after, the backend calculated the heavy layout generation work and deducted almost your entire pool, leaving you at 6/400. As for your other Chrome profile showing 0/400, the credit limit is attached to your specific Google Account ID, so switching browser profiles doesn’t grant you a separate batch of 400 credits.

Revoke and Re-grant App Access: If you feel the counter deducted credits unfairly without generating full screens, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Stitch / Google Labs, and click Remove Access. Then log back into Stitch—this forces the server to recalculate your real database quota.

Also, try switching models to see how it impacts your quota usage!

Even after 10 days, My quota is 0/400. I did what you said, still it didn’t work.
After one generation, my credit increased to 3/400. I did hard refresh Ctrl + Shift + R. The quota increased to 5/400 and after regeneration- the quota increased to 7/400.
Perhaps it is a bug.
