does anyone know how to fix this? i tried to create new project, but it is still not working. then i try 10 hours later but it is still the same error. Please help

hello, sorry for late reply. yes, it did. i tried to make new project, even using different google’s account in safari, still doesnt work. you can see in the picture i attach (i can only attach 1 picture because it said new user only can attach 1 pict) that is me trying make new project but still doesnt work in chrome. then i try using safari with different google’s account, but it is still the same, it doesnt work.
im using macbook pro m1 pro by the way..
