RPD not refreshing after 24h despite i'm in paid tier 1

I’m using Gemini 3 pro and already using paid API keys but it shows You are out of free generations, You can continue by using your own paid API key.and RPD shows 255/250 limit.

my billing account is active, healthy, and correctly linked to the project,Payment method is valid

and I get told I do not have access to make support requests, does anyone knows how to resove this issue?

Could you please re-add your paid API key to ensure it’s correctly configured? Please also log out and restart the app to refresh any cached quota data. Additionally, review your project quotas in Google Cloud by navigating to Project → IAM & Admin → Quotas.
