Response button placement - UI/UX

Hi, me again on some suggestions on the UI/UX :slight_smile:

So when I get a response I would love to be able to copy and paste it very quickly, however that is not the case with straight text. I need to scroll up and then click on the 3 dots on the right and then make a selection.

Rather can we have this at the end of the response, same area as when you receive code you get a copy button, my not move the copying of text down there as well, with the 2 options of copying rendered vs copy markdown.

As I say that I also got thinking about putting all the buttons down at the end of the response, as shown in pic, why? because that is where a users mouse is, and their eyes when the response is completed, their attention is not always to the top right.

again just some thoughts

Hey @GBohus ,

Great suggestion! Moving the copy button to the bottom makes total sense. It’s right where users finish reading and already have their mouse. Having both copy rendered and copy markdown options would be super handy too. Also you can check out newer version of Google AI Studio. If any queries you can reach out to us!
