Requesting manual review for 403 PERMISSION_DENIED

Hi Gemini API Team,

My personal Google account has encountered a 403 PERMISSION_DENIED error with the message: “Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

App Project ID: a49637b7-8258-4c2f-b99a-52e813397…

I have verified the following details:

  1. There are no policy violation warnings or suspension banners in my Google Cloud Console.
  2. I have not received any email notifications regarding account restriction or terms of service violations.
  3. Creating a brand new project within AI Studio results in the exact same 403 error instantly.

This is a personal development account used from Taiwan (a supported region) for testing purposes, and I have not bypassed any usage limits or safety policies.

Could a team member please perform a manual review on my account background status and restore my API access?

Getting a 403 API error response and / or seeing “Unavailable” next to your project in AI studio indicates a flag has been placed on your account. To proceed:

  1. Check for banners / error callouts in the AI Studio Projects page & the Billing page.

  2. If the issue isn’t clear from the above, contact Cloud Billing Support.
