Request for review: Gemini project access denied

Hello Google AI team,

I’m requesting a manual review of a Gemini API project that AI Studio shows as Restricted or Unavailable. Calls return: “Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have accepted Google Cloud Terms and confirmed the AI Studio key is restricted to the Gemini API. I did not enable billing, and I’m using the project for a low-volume Obsidian vault voice assistant.

Could you please review the restriction and advise what action is required to restore legitimate Gemini API access?
