I am requesting a manual review of my Google AI Studio application, which was suddenly suspended with the following message:
“App suspended for abuse — This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”
Application: Santa Rita Gardens
Purpose: Vacation rental management and booking system
Country: Argentina
Santa Rita Gardens is a legitimate vacation rental business located in Marcos Juárez, Córdoba, Argentina.
The application is a management system that I have been developing in Google AI Studio. It is used to manage:
- Vacation rental properties and availability
- Guest reservations and booking requests
- Check-in/check-out information
- Property management
- Internal financial calculations
- Investor/ownership distribution
- Reservation PDFs and internal reports
- Website content and analytics
- Administrative access and authentication
The public website is already deployed and operating normally at:santaritagardens.com.ar
The application is not intended for spam, phishing, malware, scraping, fraud, abuse, or any other harmful activity.
The suspension occurred while I was performing normal development work on the application. I did not receive a specific explanation identifying which functionality, prompt, or activity caused the suspension.
I also did not receive an email notification about the suspension, and the application is no longer visible in my AI Studio applications.
I would therefore respectfully request:
- A manual review of the Santa Rita Gardens application.
- Clarification of which specific policy or activity triggered the suspension.
- Restoration of access to the application if the suspension was made in error.
- Guidance on any changes that may be required to bring the application into compliance.
I am fully willing to modify or remove any functionality that may unintentionally violate Google AI Studio policies.
The application is an ordinary business management system for a real vacation rental operation.
