Title: Urgent Request for Manual Review and Recovery of My Suspended Accel Querétaro App

Hello Google AI Studio Support Team,

I am respectfully requesting a manual review of the suspension of my application, Accel Querétaro, which I was developing in Google AI Studio.

“App suspended for abuse. This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”

This issue occurred while I was working on developing and maintaining my application. After this message appeared, I returned to the “My Apps” section and discovered that Accel Querétaro had completely disappeared. Whenever I try to access it using the original URL, the same suspension message appears.

My other Google AI Studio applications are still available and working normally. I have checked Google Drive but could not find a backup of the project. I have also not received an email explaining the suspension.

Accel Querétaro is a business management application designed to handle sales, inventory, mobile phone and computer repairs, customer records, service tickets, and other legitimate business operations.

I did not intend to engage in abusive activities or violate Google’s policies. I do not know which action, feature, or instruction may have triggered this suspension.

I kindly request the following:

  1. A manual review of my application’s suspension.

  2. A specific explanation of the policy violation that triggered the suspension, if possible.

  3. Reinstatement of my original application if the suspension was issued in error.

  4. Preservation of my source code, project files, data, and development history while my case is being reviewed.

  5. If reinstatement is not possible, an authorized method to recover or export my original source code and project data.
