Request for Manual Review – AI Studio App Suspended for Abuse – Control Vehicular 360

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my Google AI Studio application, which was unexpectedly suspended with the message:

“App suspended for abuse – This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”

Application: Control Vehicular 360
App ID: ee84b283-f791-4dcf-b47e-1d5ecff438..

This is a legitimate internal enterprise fleet-management application used for vehicle administration, assignments, documentation, maintenance governance, access control, and auditability.

The application uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Run through documented Google services.

It does not intentionally perform spam, phishing, malware distribution, credential harvesting, unauthorized scraping, fraud, or any other malicious activity.

I have not received any specific explanation identifying which prompt, functionality, code, or activity triggered the suspension.

I have also observed that multiple developers have reported similar AI Studio suspensions during the last few days, so I am concerned this could be an automated false positive.

I respectfully request:

  1. A manual review of this application.
  2. Clarification of the specific policy or activity that triggered the suspension.
  3. Restoration of access if the suspension was made in error.
  4. Preservation of the application source code, project state, and development history while the review is pending.
  5. Instructions regarding any change required to bring the project into compliance, if applicable.

I am fully willing to modify any functionality that is determined to violate policy.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I’m following up on my manual review request.
My AI Studio application remains suspended and I have not yet received a DM or explanation of the specific violation.

App: Control Vehicular 360
App ID: ee84b283-f791-4dcf-b47e-1d5ecff43871

The production Cloud Run service remains operational, which confirms this is currently affecting the AI Studio development workspace rather than the legitimate application service itself.

I would appreciate a manual review and clarification of the specific trigger. I am available to provide any additional project information privately.

Thank you.

Follow-up – No appeal link or policy-specific explanation received

I reviewed Google AI Studio’s published Abuse Monitoring policy.

The policy explains that automated systems may flag potential misuse and that authorized Google personnel may subsequently review the flagged prompts, context and outputs. It also states that this information is retained for 55 days for abuse monitoring purposes.

My application remains suspended, but I have not received:

  • an email explaining the suspension;
  • identification of the specific prompt, output, functionality or policy violation involved;
  • an appeal link;
  • or confirmation that a manual review has been performed.

The policy also states:

“If we reach out to you regarding a suspension or account closure, we will also provide a link where you can appeal.”

In my case, no such communication or appeal link was provided. The only message displayed is “App suspended for abuse.”

App: Control Vehicular 360
App ID: ee84b283-f791-4dcf-b47e-1d5ecff43871

This is a legitimate internal enterprise fleet-management application. Its production Cloud Run deployment remains operational.

I respectfully request:

  1. A manual review of the flagged activity.
  2. Identification of the specific policy provision or activity that triggered the suspension.
  3. The appropriate appeal link or appeal procedure.
  4. Restoration of AI Studio access if this was an automated false positive.

I am fully willing to correct any functionality that is determined to be non-compliant.

Thank you.
