Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API / Cloud Code access.
I am receiving the following error:
HTTP 403: PERMISSION_DENIED
“This service has been disabled in this account for a violation of the Terms of Service. Please contact Google Cloud Support for assistance.”

TOS_VIOLATION_CONTACT_SUPPORT

cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com
I contacted Google Cloud Support through the support URL provided in the error message and submitted a GCP Account Suspension Inquiry.
However, Google Cloud Support replied that the issue is outside their scope of support and directed me to the Gemini API troubleshooting documentation.
I am therefore requesting a manual review by the appropriate Gemini API / Google AI team.
I am an individual student user and intend to use Google Cloud and Gemini services for personal educational purposes, software development, experimentation, and learning about generative AI.
The affected Google Cloud project is my own project:
gong-yi-zhan-2
The original error appears to be an account-level or service-level restriction rather than a normal API key or configuration error.
Could you please check whether there is an account-level or service-level restriction on my account or on cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com, and let me know what steps are required to restore access?
I have not included any API keys, passwords, or other private credentials in this post.
