Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.
Every Gemini API content-generation request returns:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.
I have already completed the recommended account checks:
- Age information is valid
- Phone number is verified
- 2-Step Verification is enabled
- I am using a personal Google account
- I created a new Google Cloud project
- I created a new Gemini API key
- The same 403 error occurs on both the original and the new project
- Google AI Studio shows the billing/access tier as “Unavailable”
Intended use: personal academic research and Fiji/ImageJ bioimage analysis.
I would like to remain on the Free Tier if possible.
Could you please manually review my account/project access and restore Gemini API access if this restriction was applied in error?
I have not included any API keys or private credentials in this post.
