Every generateContent call returns 403 PERMISSION_DENIED with the message
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.” This happens
with freshly created API keys under the same project, and the free tier
appears unavailable.
Context: this is a legitimate small business account for an AI consulting
agency in Colombia. The account was created around Sept 5-9, 2026. While
debugging a chat integration a few days ago I sent a short burst of test
requests, which may have triggered an automated abuse flag. This was normal
development testing, not abuse — the integration serves a simple website
chat widget with rate limiting already in place.
Could you please review and restore free-tier access? Happy to provide any
additional information needed.
