Hi team,

Requesting allowlist access for gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview for the
following projects.

  • Model: gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview
  • API surface: Gemini API (AI Studio), not Vertex
  • Projects:
    • dev: project ID = wellbeing-dev-53b35 (project number: <あれば記入>)
    • prod: project ID = wellbeing-prod-68dd4 (project number: <あれば記入>)
  • Region: asia-northeast1 (Japan)
  • Billing: Enabled
  • Use case: Real-time voice interaction for a wellbeing
    journaling/recording
    application. The backend issues short-lived ephemeral auth tokens
    (uses=1, 30 min expiry) constrained to a single model, and the client
    connects to the Gemini Live API for live audio conversation.
  • Current usage: Currently minimal — we are in preview/testing and have not
    rolled out to users yet.
  • Projected usage: Low volume during the preview phase; we will scale
    gradually as we roll out. (Exact numbers TBD.)
  • Error encountered without allowlist: “API key not valid” when creating an
    ephemeral token with liveConnectConstraints.model =
    gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview
