I waited a whole week for the quotas to reset, but instead the reset timer got extended by another 7 days for all models except Gemini Flash.
I have seen the same reports by other users, just as the template responses by Google employees.
That template response does not address that you changed the promised service after we paid for a subscription upfront. Besides the horrendous developer “experience” you have created with the recent policy changes in general. Which is sad because Antigravity seemed quite promising.
If you don’t manage to find an acceptable resolution for us paying users, I will never upgrade to Ultra even though I considered this earlier as an option. Because this behavior indicates your products and advertised services simply cannot be trusted, if you don’t know what you’re gonna get after you paid. This can never be considered as an actual tool for work and productivity if you cannot rely on it being available as indicated.
You are clearly driving your users away instead of retaining them. The sudden introduction of the weekly limit already drove me to try another service which I will probably stick with now if you don’t even try to redeem yourselves in any way. (Even though they also have weekly limits, at least they are transparent and I can rely on using their service for my work)
This is all about reliability and trust, which you are currently burning through quicker than we are burning through our credits.
