Prompt text clears when a permission dialog appears

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start typing a prompt in the input box.

  2. Trigger an action that causes Antigravity to ask for a permission.

  3. Look at the prompt input box.

Actual Result: The text I typed disappears entirely. Expected Result: The text should remain in the input box while the permission dialog is active and after it closes.
