Waiting for user input bug — no prompt box or response field showing

I’m experiencing an issue with Antigravity. Whenever I enter any prompt, whether it’s code-related or general, the chat immediately switches to “Waiting for user input,” but no question appears, and there is no text box or field available for me to type a response.

Because of this, I can’t continue the conversation or provide any input.
Is anyone else facing this problem? Is there a known reason or workaround for why this happens?

Same problem here. I am using the latest version of antigravity in Mac. I stop the agent when it does this ask it to continue or look inside the worktree of project directory depending on where agent is working.

I think previously it was possible to relocate the terminal of the agent.

So the terminal of the agent opened like it was one of our owns and we where able to interact.

But in the recent versions it seems this functionality got removed on purpose or by accident.

Google please bring it back.

To see and Interact with terminal sessions of our agent are desperately needed for all kind of workflows.

Please all file a bug report in anti-gravity about this issue and post in this thread and similar ones that we need this functionality back.

I have the same issue. They seem to have removed the “relocate terminal” functionality even though it’s desperately useful. We need to make more noise about this .

Bump I have the same issue. I use anti-gravity on windows using wsl to connect to the Ubuntu distro. The agent can execute commands, but I’m not able to see the terminals that he is using. Previously it was possible to relocate the terminal and see all the terminals that the agent is using. This way it’s was possible to help and also grant sudo rights etc. This is all gone now ? How should we us it now? Any guidance?

yes, this should be back. I don’t understand why they remove such feature for good. How can i type something for the shell command if it’s waiting for something? I can not use antigravity anymore, and probably will change to other tool if they don’t bring it back. But the credits have been used up anyway and won’t be refunded. Since I started using Antigravity again after three months, it’s become surprisingly common for a reply to start appearing only to vanish a moment later, forcing me to ask the question again, only to be told that it’s already been answered but there’s been a problem with the reply displaying. And the credits have been stolen. It is also impossible to submit a report about the problem, as the submission process takes an eternity. Personally, I am considering taking the matter to the national competition and consumer protection authority, as this is blatant deception of customers.

Same issue here. I’m using MacOS.

It’s quite frustrating get this error on every prompt I send to the model.

I’m a PRO suscriber of Google One.

After more than 1 year of using Cursor, I wanted to try another AI IDE, but currently Antigravity is the worst IDE in the market.
