My Project is downgraded, getting repeatedly 503 on requests.
I need to fix it.
Why it is Tier 1?
What should I do?
I added 100$ and have more than 98 left.

503 responses are not linked to an account downgrade and are likely transient. See this pinned post for more details.
The downgrade is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:
- Open the Cloud console & select your project
- You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal
