Pro Plan, 3.1 Pro(Low) lock out issue

I am a Pro Plan User using Antigravity, and I am reporting a critical and fraudulent error in the AI Studio quota system regarding the Gemini 3.1 model.

I have already been locked out of the service for 5 days. I have been waiting for the reset today. However, instead of restoring my access, the system has suddenly changed the message to say I must wait another 7 days.

I have already been denied access to Gemini 3.1 Pro for a total of 8 days (3 days initially, plus the recent 5-day lockout). Now, the system is arbitrarily adding another 7 days to the wait.

This means I am being blocked for 15 days this month—exactly half of the month I am paying for as a Pro Plan User.

Model: Gemini 3.1 (Low).

  1. On March 13th, the system stated my Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low) quota would refresh in 2 days and 17 hours.

  2. I waited for over 5 days without using the service.

  3. Today, March 16th, instead of access being restored, the system now says I must wait until March 23rd.

It is not a bug. It is a policy change. Go into settings, user settings, models, then click on credits. I’m locked out of all 3.1 models for the last four days, after one half day of use of 3.1 low. It is explained because Google implemented new very strict quotas - and mine says 1000 credits a month for Pro - which renders it unusable. Look at yours.
