I believe that this competition will attract many people to participate, so there may be apps with similar functions or the same type, which will affect the innovation score. How will the organizer handle this situation? In addition, for those contestants who uploaded their videos to YouTube earlier, how will the organizer protect their ideas from being plagiarized by others?
You can upload videos on YouTube as ‘unlisted’ meaning that only people with with the link can view it.
Google aren’t going to publish any of the submissions before the the competition has ended. Remember that by participating in the competition you are granting Google non-exclusive rights to use your submitted code for any purpose.

Most of them will generate ideas with an AI 
. Will be tons of project based on same idea, not a problem just do your best and have fun 
You are winning anyway, you will have your product, experience, probably a pain in the 
if you have a complex project and target the prize, but worth it anyway.
