I have topped up twice with $10 each (total $20) on July 31, 2026.
AI Studio Billing page shows:
- 赠金余额 US$20.00
- Prepay
- Billing Account ID: 0149A4-B09215-0A97..
- Project: project-adaf76b9-8f4b-45cf-a..
But every API call still returns:
429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED - Your prepayment credits are depleted
Payment receipts confirm both $10 payments went through successfully (Google Cloud / 银联).
Please help manually sync the billing state for this account.
