My Prepay balance shows funded in AI Studio billing (redeemed a $10 credit
after a small negative balance), but every API call still returns:

429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
“Your prepayment credits are depleted.”

This matches other reports of a billing/API sync delay:

Hi team, I have topped up twice with $10 each (total $20) on July 31, 2026. AI Studio Billing page shows: 赠金余额 US$20.00 Prepay Billing Account ID: 0149A4-B09215-0A97.. Project: project-adaf76b9-8f4b-45cf-a.. But every API call still returns: 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED - Your prepayment credits are depleted Payment receipts confirm both $10 payments went through successfully (Google Cloud / 银联). Please help manually sync the billing state for this account. Thank you.

Please contact Cloud Billing Support at Resolve Cloud Billing issues  |  Google Cloud Documentation or visit console.cloud.google.com/billing to resolve the account balance. Once Cloud Billing confirms your account is in good standing, standard service will automatically resume.
