Manual billing sync request — 429 depleted despite funded balance (gen-lang-client-0894069..)

Issue:
Despite a positive prepay balance shown on the Billing page, all API calls
(both text-only generate_content and image generation with gemini-3-pro-image)
return:

429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
“Your prepayment credits are depleted. Please go to AI Studio at
https://ai.studio/projects to manage your project and billing.”

Troubleshooting already done:

  1. Confirmed the balance is positive on the Billing page (TRY 1,953.13).
  2. Confirmed there is only one project in the account, so this isn’t a
    project-mismatch issue.
  3. In the project selector on the Usage/Rate Limit page, “Default Gemini
    Project” still shows a “No credits” warning icon despite the Billing
    page showing a positive balance — suggests the billing balance hasn’t
    synced to the project’s live quota/serving layer.
  4. Tested a plain text call (gemini-2.5-flash) — same 429 error, so this
    isn’t specific to image generation.
  5. Waited over an hour, error persists.

Request: Could someone please manually sync the billing status for this
project? Happy to provide a screenshot if useful.
