I am developing an application in Colombia that will use the Gemini API. A clause in the Gemini API additional Service terms states: “You may use only Paid Services when making API Clients available to users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom.” My question is: Does this mean I cannot use the paid Gemini API services if my end-users are located solely in Colombia?
