Hi team — my project should be Tier 1, but Batch API job creation (batches.create) is returning HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED even for very small batches (e.g., ~20 requests). My AI Studio rate-limit dashboard shows normal Tier 1 limits and I’m not near them.
This makes it look like my project is being treated as non-Tier 1 / zero quota / missing entitlement on the backend.
Request: Could you please verify and restore my Tier 1 status/entitlements for Batch API (and confirm Tier 1 is active for the models I’m using, e.g., gemini-2.5-flash-lite / gemini-3-flash-preview)? If there’s a hidden quota dimension blocking Batch creation, please point me to where it can be checked.
