Hello, I am currently getting a Proxy Error 429 despite being paid tier 1.

I already contacted the Cloud Billing Support but they redirecting me here.
Can someone help fix the issue?

First, please confirm that your project has a fully enabled Google Cloud Billing account linked. If the issue persists, we’ve launched a new Rate Limit dashboard within Google AI Studio to assist with monitoring and diagnosing these issues.
This tool allows you to monitor your API usage, filter charts, and check rate limits for all models without leaving the platform. We encourage you to utilize this tool, and if you observe any discrepancy between the displayed limits and the official Gemini API rate limits, please inform us.

I have my billing connected to the Google Cloud Billing. Also, I checked the API rate limits and I am no where near the limit. I haven’t even used the API today until about an hour ago but it immediately gave me a 429 error.
