Rate limits / batch processing

Hi, I have set up the billing for my account in order to get to Tier 1 so In can use the batch processing.

I can verify that my account is now upgraded in AI studio:

however I am still unable to run a batch request and I get:

I have also tried to regenerate my api keys in case something is stuck there yet no success and I can not run the batch job.

Have anyone experience this? Do you know how to solve it?

Could you please dm me too? I’m encountering same problem on tier 1, in addition of my daily quota not resetting. This is honestly have been going on for more than two weeks.
