Paid project: Veo 3.1 and Gemini Omni Flash return permission denied

Please review video-model access for Gemini API project gen-lang-client-0224810069.

The project is Paid Tier 1 with active prepaid credit. In AI Studio, a paid API key is selected and Google Drive conversation saving is enabled.

Both video-generation attempts fail:

  • Veo 3.1 Standard: Failed to generate video: permission denied
  • Gemini Omni Flash Preview: Failed to create interaction stream: permission denied

This is a low-volume, legitimate marketing-video test. Could someone review whether the project has a video-model entitlement or restriction and restore access if appropriate?

Can you please try creating a new API key in AIS associated to project gen-lang-client-02248... and retry the request on AIS UI or using Gemini API? If you still face issues, please share the exact error message with us along with screenshots (if using AIS) or complete CURL request along with output (if using Gemini API).
