Paid Plan - Critical Bug: Server-Side Trajectory Corruption - 10+ Days Unusable

Hi Antigravity Support,

I’ve been a paid Antigravity subscriber and have been completely unable to use the product for over 10 days now due to a recurring server-side error. I’ve exhausted all self-help options and need direct assistance to resolve this.

The Error:
Every time I open Antigravity, I get the following crash:

“agent executor error: could not convert a single message before hitting truncation”

This is happening at the infrastructure level (TrajectoryChatConverter hitting truncation before it can checkpoint), which means this is not a local issue on my machine.

Trajectory IDs affected:

  • a16e9ecb-32d4-47e0-
  • 67771e28-f332-4188-

What I’ve already tried:

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the application completely
  • Deleted all local Antigravity app data from AppData folders
  • Fresh install from scratch

None of this helped because the broken trajectories are stored server-side, tied to my Google account. The second Trajectory ID appeared after my fresh reinstall, which confirms the issue is on your infrastructure, not my machine.

What I need from you:

  1. Please purge / delete both Trajectory IDs listed above from your servers
  2. Reset my account’s session state so I can start fresh
  3. Confirmation once this has been done

I am on a paid plan and have lost over 10 days of productive work because of this. I’d appreciate urgent attention on this.

Happy to provide any additional debug information you need.

Thank you,
Anirudh Goel
