Hi Antigravity Support,
I’ve been completely unable to use Antigravity across all my projects for close to a week now due to a recurring server-side error. I’ve exhausted all self-help options and need direct assistance to resolve this.
The Error:
Every time I start a new chat in any project, I get the following crash:
“agent executor error: could not convert a single message before hitting truncation”
Trajectory ID affected:
46a397fc-0f29-47e0-8e04-edbc81bd6a8a
Key detail: This affects ALL my projects, not just one — which confirms this is an account-level server-side issue, not a project-specific or local one.
What I’ve already tried:
- Turning off “Access to past chats” in user settings
- Starting fresh new chats (error appears immediately at the start, before any message is sent)
None of this helped because the broken state is clearly stored server-side, tied to my Google account.
What I need from you:
- Please purge / reset the corrupted trajectory and session state linked to my account
- Confirm once this has been done so I can verify the fix
I’ve seen multiple other users reporting the exact same error on this forum (e.g. Anirudh_Goel’s post from March 17). This appears to be a widespread infrastructure-level bug affecting multiple accounts.
