Issue Description: I am a Google AI Pro subscriber experiencing a total lockout in Antigravity (v1.20.5). Despite having an active subscription, my “Models” page has shown zero available quota (empty bars) for the past 4 days.
Symptoms:

Persistent Lockout: All Pro models (Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude, etc.) show empty usage bars. The refresh timer appears stuck or resets to a long duration (160+ hours) despite no usage.

Truncation Error: When attempting to use Gemini 3.1 Pro, I receive the following error:
agent executor error: could not convert a single message before hitting truncation.
