Paid Gemini Developer API: authoritative processing-country and subprocessor documentation

We are preparing a data-processor disclosure for a business integration using the paid Gemini Developer API, rather than consumer Gemini Apps or Vertex AI.

The paid-service terms refer to processing at facilities maintained by Google or its agents. A third-party platform’s compliance form requires individual processing/access countries, including inference, safety logs, caching and remote personnel access.

Could the Gemini API team point us to:

  1. An authoritative list of applicable processing/access countries, or the correct method to describe global processing when a form requires individual countries?
  2. A Gemini Developer API-specific subprocessor list and its applicable countries?
  3. Confirmation of whether Google’s public office/data-centre directories are exhaustive for this purpose?

We are not assuming that GCP/Vertex AI regional commitments or subprocessor lists apply to the Gemini Developer API. This is a factual documentation question, not a complaint, a request to change terms, or a billing dispute. No API keys, project identifiers, company/client details or customer content are included. If a private Google channel is required, please identify the appropriate contact route.
