I have added funds to my API account, but Google AI Studio keeps throwing errors, failing to process code, or claiming that I’ve run out of quota—even though my balance remains untouched. I am unable to use AI Studio for code editing as intended. Could someone please look into this issue?

I have DM`ed you for more details .
With the free account. You get a free allowance after which once that has gone you have to wait for it to reset.
When you go to a paid account. You no longer have that free allowance. What you get is a quota of non chargeable tokens. When they are gone you have the choice to wait for a reset or start using your cash to continue.
Thats why you balance has not gone down. You have not started using a paid key.
Some models will guzzle tokens some will only nibble at them. Try using a lower model like 3.5 lite and see how it goes
