Orphaned custom URL virtualuy-monei.ai.studio – request to reassociate

Hello,

I have a Google AI Studio app named Monei.

AI Studio App ID:

My app was previously published using:

virtualuy-monei.ai.studio

After making changes and working with the project locally, AI Studio no longer recognizes that custom URL as belonging to my current Monei app.

When I try to publish Monei again and enter:

virtualuy-monei

AI Studio reports:

“This URL is not available.”

I verified the following:

  • Monei still exists in my AI Studio account.

  • There is no other old Monei app visible under “My apps”.

  • I checked all previous versions and there is no Unpublish option.

  • AI Studio selects my Google Cloud project named “Monei”.

  • Cloud Run → Services in that project is completely empty.

  • Random new .ai.studio URLs are reported as available.

  • Only my previous virtualuy-monei address remains unavailable.

This appears to be an orphaned or stale custom URL association from the previous AI Studio deployment.

Could someone from the AI Studio team please:

Reassociate virtualuy-monei.ai.studio with my current Monei app

If possible, please reassociate the URL directly instead of releasing it globally, because I want to keep the same production address.

The custom URL was originally mine and belongs to this application.

Hey,

Had you unpublished the app before or deleted it? Can you please navigate to the associated gcp project and go to this URL: https://console.cloud.google.com/run/domains?&hl=en&project=<REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_PROJECT_ID> and check if you see the domain mapping there?
