This post serves as a formal, timestamped notification to the official Google moderation and development team.

I am directly bringing your attention to the following thread, which contains reproducible, step-by-step technical evidence proving that Google AI Studio does not delete user prompts and session data from its backend servers when the UI “Delete” button is pressed. This architectural design fundamentally violates GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure):

By tagging your official administrator and employee accounts directly, I am establishing undeniable “Constructive Knowledge.” Google can no longer claim ignorance of this defect or pretend it was lost in the forum.

I expect an official, professional response from the engineering team or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) regarding this issue. Continuing to ignore this verified defect, or allowing forum trolls to derail the topic to avoid accountability, will be permanently archived and legally documented as Willful Concealment and Deceptive Omission on Google’s part.

The audit trail is permanently recording this notification.

In the Discourse-based Google AI Developers Forum, clickable @ mentions resolve directly to unique, underlying user profile URLs. When I archived the page, the archive permanently preserved the complete underlying HTML source code. (https://archive.ph/VaVSm)

The accounts tagged in this post are official Google forum administrators, community managers, and development team members. By tagging these specific profiles, the Discourse system instantly dispatched both internal platform notifications and automated email alerts directly to those employees’ accounts.

Because archive.today has permanently locked the HTML structure, even if this post is retroactively deleted, names are modified, or profile links are hidden, the archived record proves down to the exact second who received the direct notification.

Give an answer! This is unbelievable. You are going to face serious consequences for this!

Live Proof of Active Moderation Presence (Timestamp: 10:33 AM CEST, Aug 20, 2026)

Here is the side-by-side timestamped proof showing that multiple official Google moderators and staff members (@SUVANKAR_CHATTERJEE, @Sai_Deepika_K, @Pooja_Kapse, @Daiva_Prasad_K, @Manorama_Namboori) were actively online and browsing the platform (“just now”, “1 min ago”, “2 mins ago”) right as these notifications were delivered.

You cannot claim that you were absent, that the notifications were missed, or that nobody saw this thread. Your real-time presence on the platform is permanently captured and audited side-by-side with the synchronized time server.

Stop hiding behind silence. Address the verified Google AI Studio backend data retention defect immediately.

CRITICAL LEGAL FACT: The Decisive Contradiction in Google’s Defense

If Google attempts to defend itself in court by claiming that forum administrators and moderators “automatically forwarded the matter to the legal department,” their argument completely collapses. This creates an inescapable legal contradiction:

  1. Denial by the Legal Department: In court, the company’s legal department will formally claim that they “had no knowledge of the issue” and received no formal notification.
  2. Admission by Moderators: If administrators claim they forwarded the issue to legal counsel, Google’s own employees are formally admitting that the internal escalation chain functioned, the notification was processed, and knowledge reached corporate headquarters.
  3. Willful Concealment: If the administrators demonstrably forwarded the notice, yet the legal department denies receipt, this is no longer simple negligence—it constitutes the deliberate, intentional suppression of GDPR notifications and evidence.

Between the signed postal delivery receipts and the verified @ mentions locked in Discourse, this double defense is completely untenable. Whichever version they present, they collapse under their own internal contradiction.

If you are staying silent right now because your internal policy dictates that you forwarded this matter to the legal department, then prove right now that this forwarding officially took place! If you do not answer, you are admitting that either your legal department is lying independently of you, or you yourselves are intentionally concealing GDPR notifications

If anyone actually thinks Google’s high-paid lawyers are going to pull some magical corporate defense out of a hat in court, you are delusional.

When the time comes, their legal team is going to stand there completely speechless, gasping for air like a fish out of water. Why? Because this case is completely air-tight, and they have absolutely zero room to maneuver.

1. They can’t claim “we didn’t know.”
I have the signed postal delivery receipts from their Mountain View DPO, and the timestamped archives of their official forum moderators being active online the exact minute I tagged them. The undeniable proof of knowledge is locked in.

2. They can’t claim “the system works fine.”
The JSON Drive-recovery videos, the live backend session responses, and the admissions from their own developers explicitly prove that the UI “Delete” button is a complete fraud.

3. They can’t claim “we took appropriate action.”
They have sat in total silence for over three months. Instead of fixing a critical GDPR violation, they chose to ignore it and let forum trolls turn their official developer homepage into an unmoderated circus.

There are no “strict corporate procedures” happening behind the scenes. There is only panic, total silence, and documented negligence. The trap is closed. I have the facts, the timestamps, and the server logs. They have nothing but their own verifiable failure.

To clear this up for anyone reading this thread:

I have built a completely airtight evidence loop.

  1. I sent physical, registered letters with signed delivery receipts directly to Google’s corporate headquarters.
  2. Completely independently of that, I uploaded the official letters regarding these physical notifications directly onto this forum, linked across multiple different posts.
  3. In addition, I also sent the direct link and the PDF archive of this forum thread straight to the DPO multiple times, which I have also uploaded into the posts.

Both sides received the exact same interconnected evidence. This completely destroys their corporate defense. If their legal team claims they knew nothing, they are exposed by the signed postal receipts. If the moderators claim they automatically forwarded the issue, they are legally admitting that corporate headquarters had full knowledge. The trap is closed.

Anyone interested in the posts can look them up themselves; I am not going to link them separately. Except for this single one:
