My Gemini App in AI Studio went black screen — Auto-fix doesn’t work, project lost

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on a Gemini App inside Google AI Studio for several days. Suddenly, the screen turned completely black while editing. It shows “auto-fix” repeatedly, but clicking it doesn’t resolve anything. I’ve tried:

  • Refreshing

  • Clearing browser cache

  • Switching browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

  • Restarting my machine

  • TRYING TO DEBUG

Nothing works — my project is completely inaccessible, and I’ve lost days of progress. It’s really frustrating.

Is there any way to recover my project or contact the Gemini team directly for help?

Please advise ASAP — I’m stuck and can’t move forward.

The exact same thing is happening here. A new “auto fix” error always occurs, but I can’t solve it.

It’s funny that the last version I committed to GitHub, that is, the last saved version, is working perfectly, but in Google Studio I can’t get out of this error.

Google AI Studio saves projects under the Google account you used to create them.
Please check your Google Drive and let us know if the issue still persists.
