The silence from everyone from Google on the recent overbilling epidemic is deafening.
I’m currently facing bills of nearly £1000. I have features in production that I’ve had to withdraw because they only work effectively with pro 2.5. I have a support claim outstanding since last week, with no update or idea if/when I’m going to get refunded.
I have no idea if the issue is fixed or if it can happen again and can’t risk the drain in cashflow to my business of getting hit with anothe £1000+ bill.
Does anyone know if anyone in the Gemini or billing team is in this forum?
The communications on the recent problems have been unbeliveably bad. Now would be a good time to start communicating.
